Rosh Creations is an online fashion store based in Sharjah, UAE, selling Pakistani and Asian-inspired lawn, silk, stitched, and ready-to-wear clothing across the United Arab Emirates. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed to the best of our accuracy at the time of listing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).
• We accept online payments via secure checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
• For COD orders, full payment is due in cash at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

• We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE with a flat shipping fee of AED 20 and an estimated delivery time of 4–5 business days.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines, and conditions.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
