Return & Refund Policy

At Rosh Creations, we want you to love what you order. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final once an order has been delivered and accepted.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If you'd like to exchange an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice/receipt are intact
• The item is not part of a final sale/clearance category (if applicable)

3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us at roshcreationsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• The item you'd like to exchange
• Reason for exchange (size, color, defect, etc.)
• Photos of the item (if reporting a defect or damage)

Our team will review your request and share the next steps, including how to send the item back to us.

4. Exchange Shipping

• If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, Rosh Creations will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
• If the exchange is due to a change of mind, size, or color preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back, as well as any charges for reshipping the new item.

5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Items returned after 7 days from delivery
• Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free exchange for the correct/undamaged item.

7. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our exchange conditions, your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
