Shipping Policy

At Rosh Creations, we're committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in the UAE.

• Delivery Coverage
  We currently deliver across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  
  
• Shipping Charges
  A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders across the UAE, regardless of order size or delivery location.
  
  
• Delivery Time
  Orders are processed and delivered within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays — we'll notify you if there's any significant change.
  
  
• Order Processing
  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed to our courier partner. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Simply select COD at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  
  
• Order Tracking
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.
  
  
• Delayed or Missed Deliveries
  If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Orders unclaimed after multiple attempts may be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
  
  
• Incorrect Address
  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rosh Creations is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
